House Wash In Scappoose, OR
I received a call from Taylor Eke in Scappoose Oregon to have his house washed, fence washed, and his lower roof moss treated. He was specific that he did not want the driveway, back patio, or second story roof cleaned and that different company gave him one bid that included everything but was over $1000. I was able to stop by the same day to give him an estimate for his project that was within his budget so he was able to complete his inside house projects as well. Tylor was correct, second story roof was in good shape and only the porch cover really would benefit from a moss treatment as it was in the shade. This it the typical location for algae and moss to start in the pacific northwest, usually behind the shade of trees or on the north side where homes do not receive much direct sunlight. Our average prices for house washes range from $250 for single story home (our standard minimum) and $450 on average for most standard 2-story homes. The following Saturday worked well for Taylor so he got on our calendar. The job was complete and his home is now market ready.
