Commercial parking structure cleaning, softwash / pressure wash, in Portland, OR
Commercial exterior cleaning of parking structure for potential future painting. Softwash of exterior followed by medium to high pressure rinse. Typically allows for longest duration between cleaning cycles. Also for pre-paint preparation a softwash followed by pressure wash can be substituted for a product like Kilz Primer to neutralize the surface of organic growth, bacteria, staining, mold, and virus colonies so they are not trapped under fresh paint. Soft-washing typically costs less then a prime coat but we typically only recommended for exteriors or a large, open, well ventilated interior that can avoid occupancy for 24 hrs.
